Consider the power of the abdominal stretch and the opportunity it gives you to excite or heat up the crowd. The abdominal stretch is one of those wrestling moves that allows a wrestler to really work a crowd. If the wrestler is a heel, he has enough of his body free during the move to talk to the crowd and get them hot. If the wrestler is a baby face, or good guy, then he can use that opportunity to excite the crowd in his favor. The abdominal stretch is a wonderful transition move and as such, is a must in a professional wrestler's arsenal.
