Let your chores get bigger by the hour. The first step of being lazy is ignoring household duties despite its calling out your name to pick up a broom and dustpan to start sweeping away. Focus solely on your own needs as you let the dishes pile up because eventually it will get done by someone else.

Excuses can take you far. Whenever someone ask you to clean the house or take out the garbage, start whining about how you are having a little backache and that is the reason why you can't do much around the house. Let them know that when you get better you will do the chores next time. Chances are they might believe you.

Forget all about putting on some regular clothes. Just stay comfy wearing your pajamas with some slippers and sit in front of the TV and watch your shows all day long. Spend maximum time on the couch and set it in my your mind you have nothing better to do but let the tube become your best friend for the day.

Sleep the day away staying in bed unless you need to grab a snack or use the bathroom. Being physically out of it will show little interest in doing daily activities and more time sleeping. Your beauty rest should extend as long as you will like with no interruptions.
