How to Perform WWE wrestler Triple H's Pedigree

Triple H has been in the WWE for several years now. Among multiple historic title wins, a successful run in Degeneration X and Evolution, and one of the top stars in the WWE, he has also brought his finisher, “The Pedigree” into WWE history books. He has used this move on a countless number of superstars and anytime it is performed, the match is usually won.

Instructions

    • 1

Before attempting The Pedigree, you will need to weaken your opponent so you can perform the move. If your opponent is still in good shape for the match, then he can easily take advantage and reverse the move.

    • 2

Throw your opponent across the ropes using an Irish whip. To do this, grab your opponent by the arm and pull them toward you and past you. They will bounce off of the ropes and head back into your direction.

    • 3

When your opponent is close enough, kick them in the stomach. Make sure they do not grab your leg and kick them low enough so that their body will hunch over when you do so.

    • 4

With their body hunched over quickly interlock your arms with your opponent’s arms. The proper way to do this is by putting them under the middle of their arm and twisting their arms up as you place your palms on their shoulder blades.

    • 5

Stick their head between your legs keeping the arms intertwined and you can talk a little trash if you want to.

    • 6

Lift their body up into the air by jumping yourself. As you near the ground, kick your legs back and slam their face into the wrestling mat.

    • 7

You could also release one of your arms in mid-air and help push down the opponent’s back to put more of an impact into the move.

    • 8

When the opponent has been slammed into the ground clench your fists and spread your arms out into the air as a victory taunt. Then attempt a pin fall on your opponent or continue the offensive moves.

Tips & Warnings

  • Do not attempt to perform any wrestling moves unless you have been trained to do so.
