Things You'll Need:
- 1 lb. of ground beef
- 1 10.5 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- Milk
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese
- Ground pepper, to taste
- Seasoning salt, to taste
- 1 14.5 oz. can French cut green beans
- 1 32 oz. bag of frozen tater tots
- Garlic salt, to taste
- Baking dish, 9 x 13 inches
- Mixing bowl
- Skillet
- Spatula
- Colander
- Can opener

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and then gather your ingredients together.

Open the package of ground beef and place it into a warm skillet on the range top. Brown the ground beef evenly, breaking up larger chunks with your spatula. As your meat cooks season it with a dash of ground pepper, seasoning salt and garlic salt.

While the meat is browning in the skillet, began preparing the rest of the casserole. Open both the can of condensed soup and the French cut green beans with your can opener. Drain the green beans in the colander and then dump them into the mixing bowl.

Empty the can of cream of mushroom soup into the mixing bowl. Add 1 cup of milk to the mixture and then stir in 8 oz. of mozzarella cheese into the mixing bowl.

Once the ground beef is cooked evenly, drain it over the sink through a colander to remove the excess amount of grease. Add the hamburger to the mixing bowl with the other casserole ingredients and mix together well with a spatula.

Line the bottom of the 9 x 13-inch casserole pan with a single layer of frozen tater tots, trying to cover as much of the bottom of the pan as possible.

Empty the contents of the mixing bowl with casserole ingredients on top of the layer of tater tots. Using a spatula, spread the casserole ingredients evenly over the tater tots.

Place a second layer of tater tots over the top of the casserole ingredients, There will not be enough to cover the entire casserole so spread them out evenly to cover as much as possible.

Place casserole into the preheated oven on the lower rack and cook for 45 minutes or until the entire casserole is bubbly.

Use hot pads to safely remove the casserole from the oven and then serve.
