Giving a full body massage can be fun. Here are some tips to make it more enjoyable for you and the person receiving the massage.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Massage oil
  1. Step 1

Choose a massage oil that smells really good to you and the person you're massaging. Massaging is much more pleasant if you have a great smell coming from your hands.

  2. Step 2

Make sure to keep the oil warm by putting a few drops in your hands and rubbing your hands together. Whenever your hands start to create fiction on the skin, add more oil to your hands and warm it.

  3. Step 3

Next, if you are new to massage, let your hands rest every time you move on to the next body part to avoid hand cramps.

  4. Step 4

Remember to always use slow, sensuous movements with your hands. Applying too much pressure can bruise the person you're massaging.

Tips & Warnings
  • Slow music and candles can add a nice touch to the massage.
