Things You'll Need:
- Massage oil
-
Step 1
Choose a massage oil that smells really good to you and the person you're massaging. Massaging is much more pleasant if you have a great smell coming from your hands.
-
Step 2
Make sure to keep the oil warm by putting a few drops in your hands and rubbing your hands together. Whenever your hands start to create fiction on the skin, add more oil to your hands and warm it.
-
Step 3
Next, if you are new to massage, let your hands rest every time you move on to the next body part to avoid hand cramps.
-
Step 4
Remember to always use slow, sensuous movements with your hands. Applying too much pressure can bruise the person you're massaging.
