    Instructions

    Things You'll Need

    • English muffins (pre-sliced)
    • Pizza sauce
    • Shredded cheese
    • Toppings (optional)
      • 1

Lay out the English muffins on a cookie sheet or paper plate. The best English muffins to use are the pre-cut ones because they are less messy and will keep everything more organized on the English muffin.

      • 2

The best place to cook the English muffin pizzas are a toaster oven because the cheese will melt smoothly and the English muffin will come out crispy. If you do not own a toaster oven, a regular oven will work fine. Pre-heat either to 425 degrees.

      • 3

Take a jar of pizza sauce and scoop out a tablespoon full onto each English muffin. If you do not have pizza sauce at the moment, you could also use regular pasta sauce, but it tastes best with pizza sauce.

      • 4

Use the back side of the spoon to evenly coat the pizza sauce across the English muffin.

      • 5

Take a handful of shredded cheese (any kind, but mozzarella or a mix works best) and lightly coat all of the English muffins until you cannot see any more sauce.

      • 6

Now you can add any topping that you would like, from pepperoni and ham to a veggie.

      • 7

If you are using a toaster oven, place them inside 2 to 4 at a time. Let them cook for about 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and pull them out to cool off.

      • 8

If you are using an oven, you can put as many on a cookie sheet as you can and heat them for around fifteen minutes or until the cheese looks fully melted.
