Begin each day with a sublingual Vitamin B12 supplement. Sublingual B12 has a better absorption rate than pills and is recommended by doctors. Each supplement should be 2000 mcg.
Take a B-complex vitamin daily in addition to your B12 supplement. High doses of niacin and riboflavin have been shown to reduce the pustules that mark many rosacea sufferers.
Take each supplement with a full 8 ounces of water.
If your rosacea shows no improvement, contact your doctor. You may be suffering from a food absorption disorder.
