Do the Hero's Prenatal Yoga Position

  1. Step 1

Position yourself on your knees with your body in an upright position.

  2. Step 2

Widen your heels behind you so that your hips can fit between them.

  3. Step 3

Place yoga block or rolled-up towel behind you to provide support when you lower yourself.

  4. Step 4

Lower your bottom back onto the block or towel, lightly resting your hands on your thighs.

Make sure the tops of your feet are pointing completely toward the floor and your ankles aren't flaring out. Your toes should point behind you.
