This article will teach you how to do a front side 180 heel flip. This trick can be very hard for some people or very easy for others, it depends on how well u know how to do heel flips, and front side 180's. You will want to know how to do those two tricks before learning the front side 180 heel flip. Its a pretty good trick to know how to do, so lets get started.

Difficulty: Challenging
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Skateboard, Nike sb's, Hubba wheels, and Venture trucks
  1. Step 1

Set your feet up just like your doing a heel flip, with your front foot right behind the front bolts and your toes slightly hanging off the side of the board, and your back foot on the tail ready to pop your board.

  2. Step 2

Right before you pop for the trick you want to wind your body up so that when you pop, you can do the 180 rotation

  3. Step 3

As your popping, you want to slide your front foot up and flick the board with your heel just like the heel flip, and with your back foot as your popping you kind of want to push/scoop the board in front of you so the board can do the 180 rotation a little easier, so instead of making the front foot guide the board, the back foot just scoops it around.

  4. Step 4

At this point you should be in the air catching your board turned 90 degrees of the 180 rotation

  5. Step 5

Catch your board and turn another 90 degrees so you finish off the 180. For skaters who haven't fully developed there muscles, you mite want to pivot on the last 90 degree rotation if you cant get a full 180 in the air, or you could pivot the board to make the trick look more stylish.

  6. Step 6

Now you can land the trick, roll away, and be proud of yourself. Congratulations! Now you can take it to the streets. Go skate!
