  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 cup green grapes, seedless
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup celery, grated
  • 1/2 cup pecans, crushed
  • 1 tsp. sweet relish
  • Medium mixing bowl

      Wash the chicken with warm water. Season it with salt and pepper. Place the chicken on the George Foreman grill, until the chicken is completely cooked.

      Use a knife to shred the chicken into pieces, and add it to a mixing bowl.

      Chop the seedless grapes into smaller pieces. Add the grapes, mayonnaise, celery, pecans, relish, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl and mix it all together with the spoon.
