Use your imagination and creativity to come up with interesting herbal teas that you can brew in your home. The ingredients listed are suggestions. You can vary the amounts and even the ingredients and still wind up with good tea blends. Choose herbs from your garden or from local farmers markets. <br>The amounts shown are for dried herbs, but fresh herbs are always better. If you use fresh herbs, use slightly more than the recipe calls for. If you don't have fresh herbs, use good quality dried herbs that haven't been sitting in your pantry for too long. If you use a fresh herb from your garden or from the grocery store, make certain that it has not been sprayed with any pesticides or herbicides.
