How to Properly Address Student Mail

Some people don't know how to properly address mail sent to students at universities.

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

• Pen
• Paper
• Envelope
• Correct Address

1. Make sure you have the students correct school address.
2. Take a pen a write the correct address on the envelope, remember to but the students full name. No sweetie pie, love,love, or any nick names. Their information goes in the middle of the envelope.
3. Write your info in the top left corner of the envelope.
4. Seal the envelope and put it in the mail. Make sure it sealed with more the just tape.

Tips & Warnings

• Call the University post office if they have one to make sure you have the correct information.
• If you are sending money it is smart to have a way to track it, it may cost a little extra but it would be worth it.
• It the name doesn't match the box number or whatever system that school has it will be returned.
