Cleaning tile grout is as easy as 1-2-3!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Bleach
  • A scrub brush
  • Two buckets, one with some water
  • Rubber gloves
  1. Step 1

Be sure to wear rubber gloves, as bleach will burn your skin!

  2. Step 2

Pour some bleach into one bucket and use this bucket and scrub brush to srub the grout a section at a time. The bleach will clean the grout quickly!

  3. Step 3

Dip the brush in the bucket of water, and scrub the bleached areas after each section bleached, to rinse! Now you have sparkling clean grout!

Tips & Warnings
  • Clean manageable sections at a time
  • A Gardening kneeling pad will save your knees
  • Take a pain releiver such as Tylenol when you are done! It'll help if there is any soreness in your arms or back! (For us old folk!)
  • When clean, seal your grout with a commercial sealer
  • Do not use bleach without rubber gloves! Ouch!
