Give Your Cocktail Party Guests Something To Dance About--The Dip!

The secret to the worlds best and easiest party dip explained here...

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 regular can of artichoke hearts (regular not preserved in oil).
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup of mayo
  • paprika
  • handful of chopped onions
  • garlic powder
  • shallow casserole dish
  • oven
  • Box of Wheat thins (regular)
  1. Step 1

Drain the artichokes and slice. They do not have to be uniform and can be slightly chunky. Put in large mixing bowl.

  2. Step 2

Chop up 1/2 onion finely. Put onion into mixing bowl.

  3. Step 3

Add Parmesan cheese, mayo, and mozzarella cheese to bowl. Hand mix with a spatula or spoon.

  4. Step 4

Sprinkle a few pinches of garlic powder in the bowl...just a tad.

  5. Step 5

Pack mixture into a small (8-inch or 10-inch) shallow casserole. Pad it down with a spatula or the back of a spoon so it is flat on the top.

  6. Step 6

Sprinkle a little paprika on the dish for color.

  7. Step 7

Place in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees. Let cook for 15 minutes or until warm all the way through and the top is slightly crusted (but not burnt)

  8. Step 8

Remove and let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with regular Wheat Thins. Enjoy!

Tips & Warnings
  • You can keep the dish in the oven at a very low temperature if your guests are late (250 degrees)
  • If you'd like, you can broil it after you have cooked it in order to give it that crispy look. DO NOT BROIL FOR LONGER THAN 45 seconds, however.
  • Once you make this dish you will forever have to make it for your guests! They'll love it.
