Draw straight lines with out a ruler! Design your next kitchen or bathroom remodel with ease by using a sketch-it clipboard with a textured surface. Create clean crisp drawings without using rulers. Don't draw it just sketch-it!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • standard paper
  • any pen or pencil (0.5mm works best)
  • sketch-it clipboard
  1. Step 1
    Sketch-it clipboard with textured surface and clip.

    Place a sheet of paper on a textured Sketch-it clipboard.

  2. Step 2

    Align the paper with the raised registration marks on the top of the sketch-it clipboard and secure the paper under the clip.

  3. Step 3

    Use any standard pen or pencil and place the writing instrument on your paper on the Sketch-it clipboard.

  4. Step 4

    Apply moderate pressure while keeping your writing instrument near vertical. Let the textured surface of the clipboard guide your pen or pencil to draw a straight line!

Tips & Warnings
  • Practice makes perfect.
  • Rotate the paper on the surface of the sketch-it clipboard to draw straight lines other than 180 degrees and 90 degrees.
  • Do not place your sketch-it clipboard in direct sunlight or on the dash of a vehicle where it can become warped.
