The notepad is to write down your ideas as they come to you, sometimes they come fast and plentiful so you want to be able to jot them down to work on into later.

As you go through the course of the day, become the observer and notice the things you take for granted that others may need help with, maybe you are an excellent gardener. Use the skill you do best to write about. If you run a daycare you would have an endless supply of articles. An example: such as dealing with parents, dealing with kids, to dealing with the logistics of running a daycare.
Step3
Your own challenges: I had one this week of setting up a wireless network to a cable modem, I was in network chaos for a couple of days but survived and conquered my task. Write about that! I fixed a running toilet and you can guess there will be an article!
Step4
Subjects you read about that interest you, you might not be an expert but you can direct the reader to the information they will need to succeed. That is where the resource link come in really handy, write the article and send them to the experts.
