How to make a scoop out of a laundry detergent bottle.

Reduce the amount of trash you throw away and reduce the amount of plastic being melted down to recycle.
Make a large scoop out of the detergent bottle.There are many uses for the scoop that will be in part 2 of this article.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• Laundry detergent bottle
• Kitchen sheers
• Water to rince out.

1. Insert scissor tip into detergent bottle at the line about an inch or so from the rim of the lid.

2. Follow the indentation line around the bottle above the handle.

3. With scissor cut away any tags left after cutting the top off.

4. The bottle will have usually enough left in it to do 1 more load of laundry. Pour out the detergent into the washing machine and rinse with the water from your washing machines water intake.

Tips & Warnings

• Scoop is good for many uses. See article 2 for scoop uses.
• Never leave laundry bottle scoop where small children or animals can get them. The Scoop can get stuck on there head.
