Pretty IS as Pretty DOES
Pretty IS as Pretty DOES

You can have healthy-looking skin by investing just 4 minutes, 2 times every day, on your skin care routine. Combining proper skin care, eating right, exercising and managing stress gives you a more complete regimen..... for BOTH MEN & WOMAN

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • cleanser, toner, moisturizer, sun protection and water
  1. Step 1

Cleanse: Cleansing your face to remove makeup, dirt and oil helps unclog pores and control breakouts. Never go to bed without removing your makeup or cleansing from the daily bacteria

  2. Step 2

Tone: A mild toner can remove extra makeup, dirt and grime, minimize appearance of pores, restore pH balance and prepare skin to accept your moisturizer.

  3. Step 3

Moisturize: Choose a moisturizer designed for your age and specific skin type. Many moisturizers contain vitamins to counter the effects of environmental damage on your skin's surface.

  4. Step 4

Protect: Use a moisturizer with Sun Protection Factor (SPF) 15 or higher every day, regardless of the season. Continuous direct or indirect exposure to the sun (even through your car's closed window) can cause premature aging of skin, irregular pigmentation like brown spots and potentially, skin cancer. Apply at least 20 minutes before sun exposure and reapply often, especially after perspiring or swimming.

Tips & Warnings
  • The skin on your neck and chest is delicate and develops the unwanted signs of aging just like your face. Be sure to cleanse, tone, moisturize and protect here, TOO!
