Instructions

1. DON'T PLEAD! Do not leave messages begging your ex to call you like:
   
   "Please, please call me. I've been leaving you messages all day....I NEED to talk to you!"
   
   Acting needy and clingy will only push your ex further away. Pleading NEVER works.

2. DO NOT "Cry Wolf"! Leaving trumped up, urgent messages like "This is an emergency! You HAVE to call me as soon as you hear this" are transparent and won't get your ex to call you back.
   
   T.W. Jackson's e-book, "The Magic Of Making Up", stresses that shady, deceptive tactics are not a healthy way to get your ex back. Thus, there are no methods like that in his guide.

3. Use Self Interest and Curiosity to give you an edge. Self Interest and Curiosity are two of the most influential forces of the human mind. When used together, they are very powerful.
   
   For instance, you could leave a message like:
   
   "Hi, I just wanted to say I really appreciate what you did for me. Call me back so I can thank you in person".
   
   See how the previous example used self interest and curiosity? Your ex will be compelled to call you back and they will be thinking "What did I do?". The message itself is also positive, not needy and desperate.
   
   Just be sure you already have something to be appreciative about before you call. It can be almost anything, but it must be plausible.

on 11/26/2008 i guess my question is if my bf closed all communication with me after we had argument and its been more than a month. i would not have minded a peaceful breakup so much but the thing is last time i left his place, i left my daily jewellery there like watch, earrings, ring, bracelet. i wasnt thinking he would not let me in/end all communication....so now am I supposed to think its over? and if so what does he really intend to get out of having my things at his place?[ps: beginning of this year i used to live with him for 6 months but moved out around mid year...he always seemed to be pointing finger about how i dont pay half but only some- while i kept thinking the some that i pay to apartment would instead help him in tough economy]
