How to See If Any Page You Visit Has Been Submitted To Digg (and digg it from here, too)

If you've read my other Digg articles, you have already discovered how important it is to take advantage of this great social bookmarking giant to promote your sites and articles. Trouble is, sometimes there is no digg button displayed on a page. Would you like to know how to easily discover if a page is already in the Digg system so you can digg it or maybe just make it easier to digg without opening another browser window, etc, etc.. read on!

Things You’ll Need:

• Fire Fox Browser

1. You must have Fire Fox installed. And if you're serious about working on the internet, it's a vital browser to have, IMHO.
2. From your Fire Fox window.. go to Tools.
3. Click 'Add Ons'
4. Click the text at the bottom of the Add on's window that says 'get extensions'
5. Surf the Fire Fox Extensions page to find the 'Smart Digg Button' and install it.
   
   shortcut::: search for keyword 'digg' then find the smart digg button
6. This is NOT a toolbar so don't worry about space on your browser window. The smart digg button sits at the bottom of your screen just above and over a tiny bit from your clock, at the bottom of your browser window.
7. This button will say either 'Digg This' if it is not submitted or it will say 178 Diggs or however many diggs it may have. Either way, you click this text to go to the Digg page where you can click to digg (vote) for the page your on.
8. Hit your browser's back button to return to where you were.
