Things You'll Need:
- Basic Crochet Skills
- Crochet Hook, Size F or G
- Yarn 3-Ply Baby Yarn
- Scissors
- Generosity

Step 1
Chain 26. Turn,
SC in back loop of each chain across. Ch 1 , turn. -
Step 2
Continue for about 32 or 34 rows or until piece would make a tube the size needed when seamed together. Count each ridge as 2 rows.
Slip stitch edges to form tube or whip stitch with yarn and yarn needle. -
Step 3
Run a double length of yarn through stitches about ½ inch down from top of tube.
Pull securely to close off top and tie bow with double knot. Trim ends of yarn.
Fold up Brim.

on 8/16/2008 I no a lady in Minnesota that does this for the preemies in the hospital up there. My granddaughter got a Packer knit hat when she was born. She was not a preemie, but it fit for the picture. Her dad however is a Lion's fan.
