How to Discover Your Past LIves
-
1
Keep a dream journal. Our dreams are our subconscious link to our soul, and can clue us in on both our current mental and emotional status, and also our past lives. Before going to bed at night, ask God or the universe to reveal a past life to you in your dream. As you fall asleep imagine yourself going back in time, choose images of yourself at younger ages, and eventually at your own birth. In the morning, write down the dreams you had so that you can remember them and think about them later. It may take a while to "train" your brain to go back into your past lives, but keep at it and see what it reveals.

Check out a local hypnotherapist or a class on self hypnosis. Hypnotherapy is one of the most successful ways to discover past lives and provide the details needed to verify results. Whether you choose to work with a professional, or learn the art of self hypnosis, the results will be transforming and will help you open the door to your own rich history.

See a psychic. Many psychics can clue you in on some aspects of your past lives and may be able to explain the reasons for current phobias and personal issues. If you have a troubling phobia, psychic practitioners may be able to help release you from it's more recent grip.

Talk to the toddlers in your family. Reincarnation experts say that groups or families travel together and that those in our personal circles have most likely been in past lives with us. Small children are often able to tap into their own past lives without even knowing it, and with some encouragement may be able to describe their own past lives to you. Knowing where they have been can give you a hint at where your own soul has journeyed!

Meditate. Find a quiet peaceful place and meditate while asking yourself to reveal your past lives. In deep meditation you should be able to see glimpses of your past lives that you can use in further research.

Tips & Warnings
Write everything down. It may take time to get a full picture of a past life, so keeping track of the information you have gotten is important.
Be careful when talking to children about past lives. You don't want to lead the conversation, but encourage them to give you details.
