1
Deal the deck equally among the players. Each player holds their cards face down in their hand. The first person lays one card and then the next person lays a card and so on and so forth.
-
2
Once a person lays a face card or an Ace, this is where the variation comes in. If a player lays an ace card, the next player has four chances to lay a face card. If a King is laid, the next person has three chances to lay a face card. A Queen will allow for two chances and a Jack will allow for one chance.

The next person lays the next cards in their hand. If they lay a face card, the following person has the given number of chances to lay a face card (Again: Ace equals four, King equals three, Queen equals two, Jack equals one). If he does not lay a face card, the player before him collects the pile of cards and starts the next wave of playing by laying the top card.

4
A player is out of the game when she loses all her cards. The winner will have all the cards by the end.
-
5
Any time there are doubles played (for example, a four played on another four) the first player to slap the pile will win all the cards in the pile.

Tips & Warnings
Watch your fingers when slapping. It's easy to jam a finger if you and/or the people you're playing with are competitive.
