        Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Internet Explorer icon on your desktop. Alternatively, you can click the “Start” button, clicking “Programs” or “All Programs,” and choosing "Internet Explorer" from the list of installed programs.

        Click the “Add to Favorites” button.
