    HAHAHAHAHA!!! this is ridiculous because who ever wrote this is confusing TWO stories, which would be Annie's road and The White Lady. 1. Annie's Rd runs through an area known affectionately as midegetville. (there have been huge problems there because of this legend and the writers of weird NJ) The road is actually called River Dr. Annie was walking down the road one night and was hit by a hit and run driver guy was never found but she was only highschool, the guy was never found and she died that night. The bloodstain isn't just on the guard rail it's on the road too. Except it's not a bloodstain anymore, supposedly every year after the accident her father went out and painted the spot where she was hit and the bloodstains were with red paint. 2. The White Lady, was a bride or girl going to her prom (depending how you heard it) killed in a car wreck. The night of their...
