- A calendar, day planner(pen) or any electronic planning device such as a palm pilot, blackberry etc.
- An open mind
- Motivation
Step1
If you are needing to make any doctor appointments, dental visits, etc. It's best to get those scheduled right away and written down where you know you can see it and remember it. If you are technology savvy then make sure you put it into your blackberry, palm pilot or whatever you use daily.
Step2
If you are stressed by everyday life and routines and feel you can't keep up it's best to set up a schedule in your day to ease your stress.
Step3
The night before, from morning to evening, have everything written down or recorded in the order that you need to get things done. This will help your day feel less overwhelming.
Step4
Cross off or delete your tasks as you go along. A sense of accomplishment will definitely make you feel better about your day.
Step5
Be sure to make a schedule everyday and try sticking with it for 21 days. This then will become habit forming and your life will flow much more easily.
