Go to NASA's website to examine the X-Planes in the Dryden Aircraft Photo Collection that were being tested during that year. It can be found at http://www1.dfrc.nasa.gov/gallery/Photo/index.html Or you can go to www.nasa.gov and click on aeronautics.

Most scientist agree that we are silly to think we are the only intelligent life in the universe. There are endless galaxies and solar systems like ours. It is very probably that another life could travel to our planet. But it is also very probably that some of the "strange" UFO sightings are actually top secret military aircraft.

And What better place to test your military aircraft then to put it through a real life drill with the US military. Fly it over your own base and see if your own pilots can stop it, spot it, or identify it. And what better cover up for a spying mission in another country than to be plastered on the front page of the daily news as a UFO sighting!
