Peeling something as simple as boiled eggs can be quite a challenge. If the eggs are adequately boiled then it should be easy to peel them perfectly as described below

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • Boiled eggs
  • water
  • bowl

Step1
Hold the boiled egg in your hand and gently tap it on a hard surface making sure you crack the shell uniformly all over the egg
Step2
Once the shell is gently fractured all over, loosen the shell by rotating the egg inside the shell
Step3
when the egg freely rotates under the broken shell, it is now ready to peel
Step4
carefully pry open the peel at any point and pull shell off the egg, the whole shell should come off easily
Step5
Be sure to wash the egg under some clean cold water to wash off any shell pieces that might be sticking

Tips & Warnings

  • Boiled eggs are just great for many recipes
  • Peeled eggs should be free of pieces of egg shell
