Step1
Ok, first thing to do is stop eating bad foods chocolate fat sugar and all those other crap things, substitute you snacks with exercise because when your moving you won't want to eat.
Step2
eat a good breakfast like a bran cereal, not too much for lunch something like salad or rice cakes, then very little for dinner because when you sleep you can't get rid of the fat.
Step3
exercise, the thing we all dread, i am not a runner i die after about 100 metres, but a good thing to do is jumping it burns of fat and can tell you when you get lighter, if you have stairs run up and down them, and also spot jogging is very helpful too.
Step4
remember you can't do this once for 2 seconds then forget it do 1 type of exercise for 20 mins then switch for another 20 mins but remember you'll fell so much better!
