There are different ways of cooking fish. This fish recipe is really tasty. This is my favorite dish when we have parties and other special occasions. This could be a good treat to your family and visitors as well.
Clean the fish thoroughly, take out the fins, gills, scales and internal organs. Don't slice the fish, leave it whole.

In a large skillet, put vegetable oil enough to fry the fish. While frying, prepare the other ingredients for the sauce.

Slice the red pepper thinly at about 2 inches long so with the onions, ginger, garlic and carrots. Carrots should be sliced thinly like the pepper.

When the fish is already cooked, put it in a platter and set it aside. In another skillet, saute the garlic, onion and ginger in little oil. Cook it in 3 minutes.

Put the carrots and pepper and 1 cup of water. Simmer it for 3 minutes then add the vinegar, salt to taste and sugar. Simmer for another 3 minutes.
Step6
Dilute the cornstarch in 1/2 cup of water and add it to the ingredients in the skillet. When the sauce is already creamy, take it out from your stove and pour it over the fried fish on the platter. Be sure that the fish is well coated with the sauce. Then serve hot.
Tips & Warnings
You can add water, sugar or salt to your sauce according to your taste.
don't over cook the vegetables like the carrots and pepper.
