Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • beading supplies
  • beading tools
  • pattern for beaded jewelry

  1. Step 1

Choose your signature jewelry piece first. Look through beaded jewelry books, beading websites, or peruse the aisles of your favorite trendy jewelry store. Do NOT copy someone else's pattern and call it your own. Instead, be inspired by the style and develop your own personal beaded jewelry pattern.

Locate the supplies for your signature beaded jewelry piece. A wholesale or discount bead supplier is ideal, although retail bead sellers can provide many materials too. Remember to get findings, clasps, wire, and beading tools as well.

  3. Step 3

  5. Step 5

Once your beading business is established, you must expand your product line to include other quality pieces. Starting with one signature jewelry piece is ideal, but continued profits warrent expansion.
