  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 lb. lean ground turkey
  • 3/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 3/4 oz. crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 (1/4-inch-thick) slices of red onion
  • 4 whole wheat hamburger buns, toasted

      In a bowl, mix parsley, ground turkey, pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, garlic powder and feta cheese until combined. Opt for fresh parsley for a more crisp and refreshing flavor.
