How to make penne with black olive sauce

This dish is a little more time consuming but it is worth it, if you like olives.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Things You’ll Need:

  • 300 gr of Penne
  • 200 gr of black olives (without the core)
  • 40 gr of butter
  • Olive Oil
  • ½ a tablespoon of capers
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper (optional)

Step1
1. Cut the butter and put in a bowl, and mix a little to make it become a little softer

2. Mince the Olives

3. Add the minced olives to the butter and mix
Step4
4. Mince the capers
Step5
5. Add the capers and lemon juice to the olive and butter mix and mix altogether
Step6
6. At this point, boil the water (and add a pinch of salt) and cook the penne for probably about 10 minutes.
Step7
7. Add a little water to the sauce and put on the pasta, mix and serve.
Step8
8. Add a pinch of pepper (optional)and serve
