Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Scan your original photo and resize the image to fit your frame with photo editing software. You can also adjust the color, brightness or eliminate any distracting elements in the background with the program. Create as many copies of the photograph as you need with your photo-quality printer.
Step2
Take the file to a photo laboratory or store with a photo kiosk if you can't print the images at home. You can also have copies made from a negative or directly from your digital camera's CompactFlash card, Secure Digital card or Memory Stick.
Step3
Visit a copy center or office supply store to make a high-quality color copy of the photograph. Most machines create images that are just as clear and vibrant as the original and will also allow you to adjust the size and brightness.
Step4
Snap a digital photo of your photograph if you don't own a scanner but would like to output the copies on your home printer. Place the photo on a neutral background beside a natural light source and turn off the camera's flash to avoid hot spots. Stand directly above to image to prevent distortion and fill the frame with the photograph. Crop the image with photo-editing software before printing.
