Step 1
Start with your feet apart and hands in ready position. Grasp your nunchucks tightly with your right hand.

Move your arm down and across your body. Spin the nunchucks on the way across your body. This builds up speed and makes the throw go higher.

Lift your left arm shoulder high and swing the nunchucks under the arm.

Step 4
Release your grip and throw the nunchucks over the left shoulder. Grab it on the way down. Do not release until your hand is under the left arm. Your nunchucks are upside down at this point. Lean slightly forward to avoid hitting your face with the nunchucks.

Step 5
Do a wrist spin to get the nunchucks back in the correct position. For the wrist spin, twist your wrist and swing the nunchucks around your hand. Grab the other side as it comes around. Your hands are now in ready position.

Step 6
Swing your hand back and toss the nunchucks over your right shoulder. This entire combination is done with one hand.

Step 7
Practice throwing the nunchucks over your shoulder until you get the timing perfect.
