Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Two pairs of nunchucks
  1. Step 1

Stand in ready position. When using two pairs of nunchucks, stand with your feet no more than shoulder-distance apart. Swing both nunchucks over your shoulders. The nunchuck in the your right hand is over the right shoulder and the nunchuck in your left hand is over the left shoulder.

  2. Step 2

Lean forward and swing the chucks across your body to the opposite hip. It does not matter which arm is on top. Remember to lean into the swing or the nunchucks will hit you in the back.

  3. Step 3

Spin the nunchucks in your hand and make each look like a complete stick as you turn it. Return each hand to its beginning side and extend your arms. Straighten your back as you do this.

  4. Step 4

Grip the loose side of the nunchucks when both arms are fully extended to complete the move.

  5. Step 5

Practice this combination until both arms are synchronized throughout the entire move.

  6. Step 6

Speed it up. The faster this move is the more sharp it appears.
