Step 1
Start by cooking some vegetables so you can add color to the side of your dish. Try snow peas, green peas or colorful peppers.

Add snow peas to your plate. Make some lime rice to go with the dish. Place the cooked salmon on top of the rice for presentation and taste. The juice from the fish should soak into the rice, adding another shade of color.

Add tamari or sesame seeds to the salmon for extra flavor. This garnish will enhance the ginger miso salmon and bring out all the flavors.

Serve white wine with this dish to bring out the flavor of the ginger even more.
