Things You'll Need:
- Aluminum foil
- Nonstick cooking spray
-
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Put a top layer of cheese on the lasagna before you cover it.
-
Step 2
Spray the underside of the aluminum foil that will cover your cooking dish with nonstick cooking spray. This prevents the cheese from sticking to the aluminum foil while the lasagna is baking.
-
Step 3
Wrap the sides of the aluminum foil tightly around your dish. Make sure it is sealed so that the steam stays trapped inside the pan and cooks the noodles thoroughly.
-
Step 4
Put the covered lasagna in the oven and let it bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
-
Step 5
Uncover the dish and let it cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Letting the lasagna stand for a few minutes allows the ricotta cheese to firm before cutting it into pieces.
