Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Chopped steak patties
  • All-purpose flour
  1. Step 1

Coat the patties lightly with flour. Brown on each side over medium-high heat for three minutes.

  2. Step 2

Prepare a sauce of olive oil, finely chopped shallots, shaved garlic and diced fresh cherry tomatoes. Add the chopped steak patties to the sauce for the last 15 minutes of cooking time. Serve with angel hair pasta.

  3. Step 3

Make a stroganoff-style sauce with onions, garlic, brown gravy and red wine. Cook the chopped steak patties in the sauce for at least 10 minutes. Remove from cooking, add sour cream and serve over buttered noodles.

  4. Step 4

Stew onions, potatoes, carrot chunks and cut parsnips in a red wine au jus. Add chopped steaks in the last 20 minutes of cooking. Simmer until the meat is no longer pink inside. Serve with mashed potatoes.

  5. Step 5

Stir-fry onions, green beans, garlic, sweet bed peppers and mushrooms until browned. Add soy sauce and ginger. Place chopped steak on top and cook for 10 minutes. Serve with rice.

  6. Step 6

Prepare barbecue sauce made with onions, butter, ketchup, brown sugar, water and bacon. Simmer 10 minutes to thicken. Add chopped steak and cook 10 minutes more. Serve with home-fried potatoes.
