Instructions

    • 1

Choose any shape of cookie cutter that you want. Use a circular cookie cutter to get the most brownie cups and the least waste out of a pan of brownies.

    • 2

Press straight down with the cookie cutter. Use a spoon or a knife to trim any excess brownie, and then lift the cutter containing the brownie cup straight out of the pan.

    • 3

Place the brownie and cutter on a work surface lined with wax paper. Use a ½ tsp. measuring spoon to scoop out a small bowl-shaped piece in the center of the brownie cup.

    • 4

Remove the brownie from the cookie cutter carefully. Place the cut brownie cup on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.

Tips & Warnings

  • Make sure the brownies are cool before you cut them.

  • Save leftover brownie cuttings to crumble on top of ice cream treats.

  • If you bake brownies in a circular cake pan, cut them into wedges for a brownie pie effect.

  • Serve individual brownies dishes by dividing the brownie batter evenly between several ramekins. Place the ramekins on a cookie sheet in the oven and bake.
