Things You'll Need:
- Spring form pan
- Baking spray
- 2 small bowls
- Measuring cups
- Fine mesh sieve
- Spoon
- Cocoa powder
- Template
- Fresh chocolate
- Chocolate grater

Step 1
Prepare all ingredients for the Tiramisu according to your recipe. Assemble the elements in a spring form pan that has been prepared with cooking spray. Refrigerate the dessert overnight.

Measure the cocoa powder and put it in a small bowl. Remove the Tiramisu from the refrigerator and set it on your work surface.

Put a fine mesh sieve in a second small bowl. Dump the measured cocoa powder into the sieve.

Lift the sieve out of the bowl, and place your free hand under it to catch any stray cocoa powder. Gently shake the sieve back and forth over the top of the dessert.

Work in a circular pattern to cover the entire surface of the Tiramisu with cocoa powder. Move quickly and avoid sifting too much cocoa in any one section of the dessert. Set the sieve back in its bowl once the entire surface of the dessert is covered with cocoa powder.

Step 6
Make the presentation of the Tiramisu spectacular by laying a template on the top of the cocoa powder and grating fresh chocolate onto the Tiramisu. Gently lift the template from the dessert to expose the pattern.
