Organic oatmeal cookies are a versatile snack, healthy and filling enough for a quick breakfast on the go, and sturdy enough to pack in a lunch bag. Take one to work for a mid-afternoon energy booster, or even give them away as gifts. Baking the organic oatmeal cookies is as easy as one, two, three.

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 cookie sheets full of prepared organic oatmeal cookies
  • Cookie roller cutter or sharp knife
  1. Step 1

    Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Step 2

    Move the racks to the center of the oven.

  3. Step 3

    Place one full cookie sheet on each oven rack.

  4. Step 4

    Bake the organic oatmeal cookies for 18 minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Remove the organic oatmeal cookies from the oven and place them on a wire rack.
