Things You'll Need:
- Bread, sliced into small wedges
- Sliced pepperoni
- Mozzarella cheese, grated
- Fresh parsley, chopped

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Arrange the pepperoni slices over the bread wedges.

Divide the mozzarella cheese in half, and sprinkle half over the slices of bread. Set the remaining mozzarella cheese aside. Sprinkle fresh, chopped parsley over the mozzarella cheese.

Distribute the remaining grated mozzarella cheese over the parsley. Place the pizza bread with pepperoni and parsley on a large baking sheet.

Bake the pizza bread in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Remove the bread from the oven and serve it hot.

Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the pizza bread.
Add a bit of extra flavor by drizzling a bit of extra virgin olive oil over the tops of the bread immediately before baking.
