Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Bread, sliced into small wedges
  • Sliced pepperoni
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  1. Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Arrange the pepperoni slices over the bread wedges.

  2. Step 2

Divide the mozzarella cheese in half, and sprinkle half over the slices of bread. Set the remaining mozzarella cheese aside. Sprinkle fresh, chopped parsley over the mozzarella cheese.

  3. Step 3

Distribute the remaining grated mozzarella cheese over the parsley. Place the pizza bread with pepperoni and parsley on a large baking sheet.

  4. Step 4

Bake the pizza bread in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Remove the bread from the oven and serve it hot.

  5. Step 5

Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the pizza bread.
Add a bit of extra flavor by drizzling a bit of extra virgin olive oil over the tops of the bread immediately before baking.

Tips & Warnings
  • Pizza bread with pepperoni and parsley is delicious dipped in marinara sauce or fresh pesto.
  • Try different types of cheese on the pizza bread. Sharp cheddar is delicious, or try a blend of cheddar and mozzarella. Pepper jack pizza will impart a bit of delicious "heat" to the pizza bread.
