Things You'll Need:
- 3 ½ cups bread flour
- 1 pack of active dry yeast
- Pinch of salt or garlic salt
- 1 lb. sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ tbsp. butter melted or softened
- 1 ½ tbsp. white or brown sugar

Step 1
Cook Italian sausages according to package directions. Set aside with other ingredients such as sauce and cheese.

Cut the French or Italian bread horizontally about halfway through so that it opens partially as though hinged. Lay bread flat.

Spread the sauce along the cut bread surface and add sausage and cheese evenly.

Squeeze the bread shut like closing a sandwich and wrap the loaf in foil.

Bake it at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Unwrap the baked pizza bread and cut it into slices to serve.

Roll out the thawed bread dough to ¾ inch thick.

Cook additional pizza ingredients according to package directions and combine with sauce. Set aside along with the cheese.

Spoon the sauce mixture on the bread within an inch of the edge then cover with cheese.

Roll the bread up into a loaf and close the ends by pinching them. Make slices on top of the loaf. Let it rise for 15 minutes.

Put the loaf on a cookie sheet or in a loaf pan. Bake the pizza bread at 350 degrees F for about 40 minutes. Cut it into slices to serve.

Put the ingredients in the bread machine pan. See the user guide for the suggested order to put in the ingredients.

Press the desired cycle such as "Bread/Light Crust" and then hit "Start."

Bake pizza bread between 45 minutes and an hour, then remove from machine, cut and serve.
