Thin and flaky phyllo dough wrapped around delectable curry filling makes curry phyllo triangles an appetizer that your guests will long remember. Serve the delicious little triangles hot with a bottle of wine while you prepare the main course, and your party is off to a perfect beginning.

Things You’ll Need:

  • Prepared curry phyllo triangles
  • Large serving tray or platter
  • Small serving bowl
  • Sour cream
  • Chopped green onions or scallions
  • Individual serving plates
  • Napkins
  • Forks
Step1
Spoon the sour cream in a small serving bowl.
Step2
Place the serving bowl of sour cream in the center of a large serving platter or tray.
Step3
Arrange the curry phyllo triangles attractively around the bowl of sour cream.
Step4
Place the green onions or scallions on a cutting board, and chop them finely.
Step5
Sprinkle the freshly chopped green onions or scallions over the curry phyllo triangles and the sour cream.
Step6
Serve the curry phyllo triangles and sour cream with plenty of individual serving plates, napkins and forks.

Tips & Warnings

  • If your party is casual and you want a quick and easy clean up, serve the curry phyllo triangles with decorative paper plates and matching paper napkins.
