Step 1
Cleanse spiritual channels with kundalini yoga with breathing exercises known as pranayamas, mantras and meditations. This is the central energy called shushumna which flows from the spine through the chakras ida and pingala.

Stimulate the flow of prana, or life force, throughout the spiritual systems to cleanse spiritual channels with kundalini yoga. This helps balance the yin and the yang of your body so that one channel isn't more active than the other, thereby creating unbalance.

Encourage prana, or the life force, to flow through shushumna to activate each chakra. This creates health in the areas of the body where the chakras exist.

Open the chakras to create emotional and mental health to balance the emotions that each chakra represents. Once the spiritual system is brought to its optimum level, energy can flow freely through the central channel to reach the crown chakra to transform consciousness and enlightenment.
