Learning to juggle is a fun and exciting hobby to pick up. Whether you are learning to juggle for your own amusement or the entertainment of others, knowing how to incorporate the under the leg juggle trick is important to have in your repertoire.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderate

Step1
Learn how to cascade the balls. This is the basic juggling formation which includes three balls. The size of the ball should be consistent with the size of your hand. You want a ball that is easy for you to grip, a ball that is not too big. Practice cascading them until you are extremely comfortable with it.
Step2
Decide which leg you are going to juggle under. While, you can use either hand and either leg, some people have a slightly favorable side, usually the opposite of the hand they write with. You will feel like you have a little more control over the dominate side, start with this side and then practice with the non-dominant side.
Step3
Start juggling the three balls and get a good flow going. Slow it down to have the time to get the ball under your leg and into the other hand. To do this, you will need to throw the next ball a little higher in the air, to create more time before it comes back into circulation.
Step4
Practice this move slowly and repeatedly. It's important to practice and try not to get frustrated. Even the pros drop the ball and miscalculate distances once in awhile. If you are having a hard time catching the ball from under your leg, don't worry. Just practice throwing it under there, then focus on catching it.
