America has had a foundation in prayer since its beginning. Our founding fathers and other leaders in our history asked God for wisdom and guidance many times throughout our history, regardless to the circumstances that were happening around them. In this article, I'll direct you to resources you can use for praying for our country.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • A desire to pray for America in observance of the National Day of Prayer.
Step1
First of all, there will be many local events today where you can pray with a group of people. I'll be including an event link below.
Step2
If you would like to pray for leaders of our country individually, there are also a page that lists most of our leaders on the federal level and also a way of researching your state and local leaders. We also need to pray for our soldiers and military personnel.
Step3
Take the time to reflect and recognize the things we have in life to be thankful for as well as the areas where we need God's help and direction. Along with good leadership, we have the ability as individuals to make a difference.
