Step 1
Take the measurements of your chest, waist and hips. When shopping online, use these measurements when ordering lingerie that's sized S, M, L and XL. Most online men's lingerie stores have a size chart that lets you know what size equals what measurements.
-
Step 2
Shop for a friend or boyfriend by considering what sort of styles they like. Men's lingerie consists of G-strings, boxers, rip-off shorts, jock socks, chap shorts, novelty underwear, corsets, camisoles, tap shorts and specially designed male bras.
-
Step 3
Pick a material that looks and feels good. G-strings come in fishnet and rubber, but they may not feel comfortable to wear all day long. There are also G-strings in velvet, silk and lycra, which are more comfortable for long-term wear.
-
Step 4
Buy a jock sock if you don't like the string in a G-string. Jock socks have the same appearance as a G-string in the front, but there is only a band that fits around the waist, with no uncomfortable string.
-
Step 5
Stick with silk boxers, if you want more traditional looking lingerie. Buy boxers with a design, or go with sheer boxers and pair them with a sexy pair of men's underwear. Rip-off boxers are fun for a frisky night, because they rip off easily by pulling the Velcro apart at the sides, and it makes for a more dramatic encounter than traditional boxers.
-
Step 6
Have fun buying men's lingerie by picking up some novelty underwear. These underwear have animals in the front like a chicken, elephant, snake or bull. They come sized as one-size-fits-most, but many stores also stock plus sizes for larger men.
