Instructions
  1. Step 1

Check with your company's payroll department to verify their enrollment in W-2 eXpress. Ask the representative for the company code, and if there is a fee for employees to use the service. If your company does provide its code, you can use the company's name. Enter the information into the Company Screen and select your company from the list.

  2. Step 2

Visit the W-2 eXpress website and enter your company's information. The next screen asks for your social security number and PIN number. Do not enter any numbers. Click on the "Forgot your Pin?" link. Enter your SSN and personal information to create an account. Store your pin number in a safe place.

  3. Step 3

Enter the Main Menu. Employees using W-2 eXpress can get their W-2s before the first day of February by selecting "Get Your W-2 now." Before being able to print a W-2, employees must give consent for online delivery.

  4. Step 4

Complete the Online Access form. Confirm your consent and return to the Main Menu. Select and print the W-2. Save and file your receipt. Employees can also reprint or correct their W-2 information using W-2 eXpress.

  5. Step 5

Remember to periodically review and update your personal information. Select "Account" and click "Change" to update information. Change your password at least every other month.
